AMI Wins Second Customer Service Gold

For the second year running, AMI has taken out gold in the annual Reader's Digest Quality Service awards for Home and Contents. 

The award reflects the focus AMI has put on giving their customers a high standard of service through the introduction of customer promises. These include being honest and upfront, making things easy and simple, recognising and anticipating customer needs, and always treating customers fairly. 

AMI’s Executive General Manager Kevin Hughes says looking after our customers is at the forefront of everything we do.

“Following our achievement last year, it’s amazing to get gold once again. A big thank you to all the Kiwis that voted for us. It means a lot to the AMI team, especially those talking to customers every day. They do a great job and truly deserve the recognition.”
