AMI has been given the big thumbs up from Kiwis looking to protect their homes and contents, with the insurer’s high service standards being recognised in the annual Reader’s Digest New Zealand Quality Service Awards.
The 2019 awards recognise the best in quality service provided across a range of categories, with AMI taking out gold in the Home and Contents Insurance category. It reflects the focus AMI has put on high service standards, with the insurer winning silver in the same category for the previous three years.
This year, AMI also took out silver in the highly competitive Roadside Assist category for quality service, as judged by the New Zealand public.
AMI’s Executive General Manager Kevin Hughes says the win is a testament to the AMI team’s commitment to high quality customer experiences.
“Protecting the family home and items that are important to you can be a daunting task, which is why it’s so important that we provide a smooth customer experience,” he says.
“Knowing this award was voted for by Kiwis is humbling. I’m so proud of our AMI team, congratulations to everyone whether they work with our customers through our network of stores, by phone or online,” Hughes says.
For the past 19 years, NZ Reader’s Digest has asked consumers which brands of products and services matter to them. The publication surveys a representative sample of 1411 New Zealanders on their most trusted brands in 65 categories across a wide range of industries.
