AMI is pleased to announce the launch of HomeHub, a home repair service.

“AMI has always been a deeply customer-focused brand, and we are excited to be able to continue putting our customers front and centre with this new addition. We are pleased to be launching this service today, which will aim to improve the claims experience for our customers by offering smooth and speedy home repairs.”
AMI HomeHub is being formed following AMI’s parent company, IAG’s acquisition of building group NorthStar, which has a proven track record in reinstatement building services across a wide range of trades, particularly carpentry.
The new AMI HomeHub business will strive to deliver quality repairs that are timely and convenient for customers. In time, a digital AMI HomeHub portal will allow customers to book and alter visits and assessments, upload photos/videos, check how their claim is progressing, and even choose alternative products and materials.
AMI HomeHub will launch initially in Auckland, Hamilton, and Northland, with future locations in the pipeline. Customers of AMI, State, NZI, Lumley, Lantern, NAC, Swann, ASB, BNZ, Westpac and Co-Operative Bank will be able to choose AMI HomeHub at the time of making their claim, or another approved building partner from the IAG network.

AMI HomeHub will be fully operational from 1 November 2023, and we will be continuing to add further services over the next few months.
